Ms. Hillary handled a bank foreclosure for me. She timely filed all necessary court documents, represented me at a mediation, and appeared in court when needed. As the foreclosure proceeded, Ms. Hillary requested an extension of the foreclosure sale which gave me enough time to vacate the home and se...ll it as a regular sale, leaving me some funds to help me get situated elsewhere. Her staff was always courteous and available to help me as needed and to answer any questions I had when Ms. Hillary was not available. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her.

Sunny Hillary was representing me in a complicated foreclosure case. She was not really interested on finding alternate resources to help me. I had to find out about legal resources and asked her to proceed instead of her telling me of different legal tools that could be used in my particular case. ... She might be ok to deal with a "regular" foreclosure case. However, I would not recommend her for an advanced foreclosure case in which you need someone with enough experience that is willing to defend you not only follow the "regular" process.
