Biography
I handle cases in the areas of Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation, including Business and Contract disputes and Landlord-Tenant law. I pride myself on being immediately responsive to my clients. I will answer when you call, or return your message the same day.
I decided to become a lawyer while working as a paralegal at the Public Defender's office in 2005. I loved the work, but decided I could never be at the top of my profession without graduating from law school. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2005 with a degree in legal studies and a semester early from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. From there I began work as a prosecutor with the 12th Circuit State Attorney's Office in Sarasota, FL. I am now in private practice where I handle Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation cases, including Business Litigation and Landlord-Tenant Law. Caveat Emptor
Mr. Dear seems smart but not strong enough to see a case through in its entirety. Most of the time you will only be interacting with the paralegal instead of Mr. Dear. I would not recommend given his absent nature.
