Made the process easy & calm for a novice
When I contacted Josh regarding my case, I not only felt dumb but ashamed to have gotten to a point where I needed help with a bankruptcy. I spoke to him and he explained all of my options. He made me feel at ease and that it was okay...things happen. For me, bankruptcy was the best course of action...
