Great Criminal Defense Attorney
I worked with Mr. Tumarkin on a resentencing case while I was in law school. He was excellent and provided great advice and our client was released after 18.5 years in DOC custody. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Orlando area.

Effective and Straightforward
Daniel kept my wife's case from going to trial and took care of a subsequent related issue under his original fee. Don't expect a shoulder to cry on but the job gets done and you don't get robbed.
