I have litigated several cases against Mr. Meltz over the years and Chuck is one f the most professional and brightest attorneys with whom I have ever had the pleasure of litigating. While many insurance defense attorneys generate paperwork designed primarily to bill the client, I have never seen Chuck Meltz file anything or send me anything that was not designed to do anything but flush out facts and issues helpful to the defense of the case.
