Brian Andrew Fery

Brian A. Fery is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies in all areas of litigation, including liability, commercial, and professional negligence issues. Mr. Fery is adept in all areas of civil litigation, including litigating a case to jury verdict, depositions of plaintiffs, depositions of experts, and evidentiary and dispositive motion practice.

Mr. Fery obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami Gardens, Florida in December 2014. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in legal studies from the University of Central Florida in May 2009, where he received a 100% scholarship as a Bright Futures Florida Academic Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Fery was selected to receive intensive trial training as a two-time competing advocate for the mock trial team and received STU Trial Team’s “Best Team Award” in 2013. He also received the CALI Book Award in Advanced Legal Research and Writing and served as both a professor’s research assistant and as a judicial intern with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Fery began his career as the sole associate in a small private practice in which he was tasked with the lion share of the everyday legal responsibilities. In 2016, he accepted a position at QPWB Orlando beginning in the workers’ compensation group where he honed his deposition taking skills of claimants and experts, particularly in the area of complex medical issues. He now focuses his attention defending personal injury claims from inception to final resolution including jury trial.

Mr. Fery is licensed to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, where he volunteers his time as a law student mentor.
