My diverse practice leverages my experience in state and federal litigation and appellate matters in a multitude of areas, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, business matters, banking, consumer rights, contract disputes, complex commercial matters, local government law, and employment disputes.

 I understand and value the cultural differences that exist when people from different countries, or even different regions within those countries, come together to negotiate and effectuate a business transaction. I use this understanding and knowledge to my clients’ advantage by strategizing the most efficient and cost effective solution to a specific issue.
