What sets Ms. Constantine from many attorneys I have been aquatinted with as a former advocate for abused women is her honesty. So often I have sat in a hallway or in a courtroom and overheard conversations and it amazes how some attorneys tell their clients only what they want to hear and not what ...they need to hear. On a personal level, Ms. Constantine helped me though a guardianship and gave me reassurance that I really needed. I have recommended Ms. Constantine to many of my friends and relatives and when her advice is followed it has a positive outcome. It begins with having realistic expectations.

I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with Noreen over the past several years. I am dumbfounded about how little she knows about family law. She continuously was reprimanded by the judge and even questioned by the judge in her knowledge of the law. I almost lost custody of my children becau...se of her actions. When a judge asks you to "verify what Ms. Constantine is going to say you said" in the middle of open court, it was time to FIRE her! If you listen to anything, do not hire this woman. She is a terrible attorney and will drag things out to get more money from you. She doesn't care about the truth or your situation. STAY AWAY!!!

Noreen has been my attorney for over 20 years and I would trust her with anything. Noreen has an acute ability to tell a client what they need to know where so many attorneys will only tell you what you want to hear.

She'll tell you directly if you've got a case or not, no teasing about it, even if she stands to lose your business as a result of her candidness. She charges reasonable rates, and she does not load her billable hours with chattiness to opposing counsel nor allowing opposing counsel to waste your bi...llable client time with anecdotes and other ploys to her.
