Unhappy

Hired this attorney for a judgement settlement case. She sounded angry from the get-go and is very rude, obnoxious, has a horrible bedside manner and will accuse you the client of the same. Im not wasting anymore time on this pathetic law firm or this woman. Ill just kiss my 1600.00 bucks goodbye and... move on. You've been warned. AGAIN!

Great Work! Would recommend using to friends.

I was under a ton of pressure to keep up with my bills and was looking for options. Shelley did an amazing job explaining my options and answering all my questions along the way. Thank You

Suncoast law

I hired Shelly originally to file chapter 13 but she convinced us to try for a refi we had been doing on our own with no success.we dealt with suncoast for almost a year .she gave me her cell phone number to call her but when I did I was chewed out and hung up on her paralegal Emma Jordan is very rud...e and makes you feel as if you are stupid.so almost 5 k to them and my house is now going to auction because we were told the refi was denied and of course it’s my fault.i was also told they do not do emergency chapter 13 so I would need to hire a different lawyer.my house goes to auction in 4 days.they took my money and put us father in debt so we have no choice but to walk away. She knew we were struggling financially since I was diagnosed with lukemia.we were assured she would help but seems it’s our fault we did not get the refi and I have never dealt with such a rude person as her paralegal Emma Jordan.i would advise taking your money and finding a lawyer who can help you and actually talk to you instead of being rude and making you feel stupid.please don’t use suncoast law if you want good service

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
