Biography
Since 1984, I have been representing victims of negligence in automobile, trucking, motorcycle accidents and all other personal injury cases. This includes products liability, premises and medical malpratice. I have served on the board of directors of the Florida Justice Association and was inducted to the Eagle Hall of Fame Members of the FJA. I have handled thousands of negligence case with many multi-million dollar awards. In 2024 alone, I was awarded over 50 Million dollars in results for my clients where I personally handled every part of the case.
I continue to meet every client who calls my firm personally and handle all significant aspects of the cases, including trial. I do not advertise outside of my website and receive 90% of my cases from attorneys who do not practice personal injury from some of most respected law firms in the country. Many other referrals come from past clients who have appreciated the personal attention they have received during their case and the outstanding results. Our firm does not need to advertise because of the results obtained over the past 40 years. I have personally collected over 150 million dollars for my clients.
I have been honored with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given, and have held this rating every year for over 30 years.
