Excellent Attorney

Richard is an amazing attorney. I have done work with him for a few years now, and he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his practice. He offers a full consultation to review the needs of his clients, and does everything that he can in order to ensure that you are prepared should anythin...g need to happen with your estate. He has consulted my fiancé and I on multiple occasions at this point. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone that is need of a will, trust, probate, bankruptcy etc.

No Surprises!

Mr. Heller was a joy to work with. His professionalism and kindness were always present from the first meeting to the last. It was obvious at the Meeting of Creditors that the Bankruptcy Trustee greatly respected and admired Mr. Heller. As a result of this, and also because of his meticulous an...d thorough preparation, the Meeting was over in about two minutes. The case before ours took about 1/2 hour, as the Trustee had many questions and concerns. I highly recommend Mr. Heller to represent you for your legal matters.

Above and Beyond

Our situation was very sudden and he explained everything to us and whenever I left there office, I felt secure and that my issues were being resolved. Also Dali, assisted my mother in translating important documents from Mr. Heller which helped us gain more confidence in continuing with them. Every...-time, my mother or I would call the office to re-clarify or about any questions, they would patiently help us and I appreciate their lengths that they have gone to make us feel comfortable. Overall Mr. Heller and staff were helpful and patient as we went through this difficult time, I couldn't be more grateful that we choose them to handle our legal services. Thank you so much!

From the very first phone inquiry the staff at this firm were friendly, courteous and attentive. There was an abundance of time slots available to hold comprehensive meetings on the topic.
