I have used Kenneth Cotter's legal services continuesly for a period of aprox 10 years. I would not enter into a legal battle with out the representation and or advise from him. He will certainly use every legal leverage you have to your advantage in your defense. Cotter is a very transparant Atto...rney, the last thing you need in a dificult situation is to be represented by someone who does not have straight answers.

He charges top of the line prices paid up front with less than basic service. Our aggreement was a joke. Our fears and concerns were ignored and have proven themselves to come to light. Emails sent with pictures proving unlivable conditions with a custodian NOT following aggreement, like the whereabo...uts of said child/who the child was with, that parent partying with illegal substances with child all ignored. I should have known that when Kotter made the statement to me that if he was the other's atty, they would have 50% and I should be happy with the aggreement, he wouldn't fight for the well being of the child. The agreement didn't even allow to have a walk through of where the child would be staying. I totally get a father has rights s but so do the children. And I believe he should have taken our concerns more seriously and protected us. Now we have to start the process all over again. Besides my wallet being drained for another atty the child has been through too much. But his well being is more important than money.
