I was fortunate to have been given a referral to Jill's Practice and Jeffrey Hammer was the attorney handling the case with Jill being actively involved. From the onset, they took the time to listen to the case and strategized various approaches. They are extremely competent with Labor Laws and had ...my best interests in mind and there was very little for me to do as they took charge of the case. All the staff in the office is very personable and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely seek their guidance again without any hesitation on employment related issues. If all attorneys were as dignifed and qualified as Ms. Schwartz, there would be no lawyer jokes.

I have the utmost respect for Jill Schwartz and her firm as both an attorney in the community and as a client. When I called Ms. Schwartz' firm, I was still in a state of shock over events at work and the last thing I wanted to do was litigate. From the moment I met Ms. Schwartz' I knew I was going... to be okay. She masterfully navigated all the land mines associated with being a plaintiff against a large corporate entity. More importantly, she helped me regain my spirit and helped me walk away with dignity, my reputation and a settlement that allowed my family the time to heal and the ability to get back on my feet.
