Employment Termination Litigation

Jill Schwartz and her team went above and beyond any of my expectations. The expression "no stone left unturned" is the work ethic that Jill and her team demonstrated. I worked closely with Chris and Bill in this case and they both invested so much time and effort into this, knowing that I had a lot ...riding on this case. The firm knew and saw the unjustness that was done to my family and I through this case and they did everything and anything to make this case a success. At the end of it all, the arbitrator ruled in our favor and gave us everything that we had requested. The whole team (Jill, Chris Bill, Amy, Jane, Tiffani, Ric) worked like a well-oiled machine and did not drop the ball once. They worked so efficiently that the arbitrator saw that, and appreciated the presentation of such a complex case. I thank Jill and her team for such a phenomenal job that they did and continue doing for my family and I.

Jill had an entire team working for me. 3 attorneys took on my case and a paralegal- they were all excellent. Jill Schwartz, Terri Herrman and Lauren Robertson made a fantastic team. Outstanding, practical advice

Ms Schwartz and the associates in her office helped me tremendously in deciding the best response to a difficult employment situation. She was quick to respond to my concerns, with advice that helped me to achieve a much better resolution tham I ever anticipated. Besides her highly professional m...anner of addressing the issues, I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my concerns. I don't know that anyone ever "enjoys" visiting a lawyer, but I truly felt comfortable in their offices and appreciated the hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend Ms Schwartz and her associates.
