If I have learned anything in my life, it is to hire a great lawyer. Gerrard Grant met with my husband and I after a friend highly recommended Mr. Grant as the attorney to solve our 2016 Form 1040 puzzle. Late in 2018 I realized that my personal replies to all the threatening communication rece...ived from the IRS was fruitless. I was frustrated and emotionally exhausted. Plus all of the underpaid tax owed was immediately paid to the Treasury and identified as a mis-calculation by our accountant and due in 2016 Personal Income Tax. Yet the IRS continued to harass and threaten us with underpayment penalties and mounting interest fees.
