Donald Van Dingenen

Donald Van Dingenen is not only the founder of Van Dingenen Law in Winter Park, he has become one of the most respected and sought-after workers' compensation attorneys in Central Florida. Mr. Van Dingenen earned his Juris Doctor at Mercer University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. From there, he joined a prominent Orlando firm that represented Florida's injured workers and was promoted to managing partner a short time after. In 2002, Mr. Van Dingenen successfully recovered the largest civil trial verdict in Lake County history: $26.7 million for a bank teller who sustained a catastrophic injury during a robbery. Mr. Van Dingenen then founded his own firm—Van Dingenen Law—and established the toll-free line to assist Central Florida's injured workers and their loved ones. In the years since, Van Dingenen Law has helmed several significant multi-million dollar verdicts, including the fourth largest civil trial jury verdict in the U.S. in 2009.
