I was recommended to speak with David Labovitz by a friend who knew I was considering a Real Estate transaction and that I needed help with a contract. It was quickly evident that David had a lot of knowledge and experience in the Real Estate field and he not only helped me with the contract, but als...o guided me through some of the details I would not have seen, but were to my benefit. His attention to detail with the contract led him to find some wording from the other party that could have negatively impacted me and he worked with the other party to amicably have it removed. Being very happy with my first experience I am now closing a second deal with David's help and have been very pleased with the personal attention I've received. During both events where I used David's services I felt he was really looking out for my best interest and gladly handled some of the more difficult calls to ensure I had a favorable outcome. He answers the phone and/or returns calls quickly, and he responds to emails with information in a very timely manner. Those qualities made me realize that I prefer the counsel of an individual vs. a law firm due to the personal nature. I plan to use David again in the future as well as recommend him to my friends.

I have been going through a divorce for nearly 2 years. David has been very lackadaisical in handling my divoirce. He has had no sense of urgency in any matter. He has not provided and strategy or approach in my divoirce case. Seeing my son has been my number one priority and he has not taken an aggr...essive approach since day 1. It's been a difficult process getting anything done with David. He raerly returns a call or email, and gives excuses like he was sick or not in the office all day. Allowing David to handle my divoirce has been a mistake, he was affordable but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend David for any family law matter.
