I was recommended to speak with David Labovitz by a friend who knew I was considering a Real Estate transaction and that I needed help with a contract. It was quickly evident that David had a lot of knowledge and experience in the Real Estate field and he not only helped me with the contract, but als...o guided me through some of the details I would not have seen, but were to my benefit. His attention to detail with the contract led him to find some wording from the other party that could have negatively impacted me and he worked with the other party to amicably have it removed. Being very happy with my first experience I am now closing a second deal with David's help and have been very pleased with the personal attention I've received. During both events where I used David's services I felt he was really looking out for my best interest and gladly handled some of the more difficult calls to ensure I had a favorable outcome. He answers the phone and/or returns calls quickly, and he responds to emails with information in a very timely manner.
