Biography
Attorney Henin-Clark is a board-certified lawyer in immigration and nationality law. She has more than 29 years of experience in immigration and asylum law.
She began practicing immigration law immediately upon completing her studies at Stetson University Law School and has been working in this area ever since. In 1996, she rose to become a partner at the big law firm of Holland & Knight in Orlando, Florida. In this capacity, she oversaw all of the firm's immigration matters. Furthermore, in 2005, she served as the chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Board Certification Committee, helping to ensure that this body continued to admit immigration attorneys of the highest standards.
Despite possessing a deep knowledge of the intricacies of immigration law, Attorney Henin-Clark also prides herself on providing just the right personal touch to her clients. She does not hesitate to give out her personal cell phone number to clients and has always treated her clients' cases as if they were her own.
