A renowned athlete came to see me after his green card had been denied because the previous lawyer had applied as an extraordinary ability coach and athlete and coach -instead of focusing on the career ... as an athlete- which is a mistake I have seen multiple times; I filed for a temporary O-1 visa which was approved and refiled for the client's green card which was also approved.
