Mr. Miller has helped me - successfully - on two separate occasions. On the first, he helped me with a personal contract dispute. After that, he successfully resolved a disagreement I had with a cable company that fabricated an "early termination fee" for a service they never provided. In addition... to how quickly he solved both of these problems, he has kindly made himself available to meet me on the weekends, as work and childcare responsibilities make it very difficult for me to travel to his office during the work week.
