I recently had a nasty Paternity and Child support case with my X and retained Kate Miller as my Lawyer. She really took a lot of time to listen to my issues and dove right in and went right to work. I was in total contact with the firm and her Amazing Paralegal Amy who kept me up to speed when anyth...ing came up. Working together as a team we were able to get everything needed for my son and I to have a wonderful quality of life together for years to come. Although it was a long road and sometime it seemed it would never end. Kate and her team kept fighting on and in the end was victorious. I have been a client of David and Kate Miller since 2012. They always have an open line of communication, and always are there when you need them, and always go above and beyond. It all started with needing to relocate with my infant to a different state to be with family after some major turbulence ...in my relationship with my child's father. David did everything for me to be able to leave the right way (the legal way). Then after I successfully relocated, helped me get the court ordered "parent sharing" that I wanted to have in place until my child was school aged. My child is now here living with me, under my roof, going to school here full time and gets the court ordered visitation with the father. Since then I have used them time and time again to establish child support be paid for my child, enforcing the non payment of the child support, setting up a visitation schedule for the father, and holding him accountable for his court ordered responsibilities. Not only do I recommend them, but I honestly can say, I doubt there are any other lawyers on the planet that get things done as timely, as professional, as thorough, or with as much care as they do. Working with them for so long, I consider them family, and i I know in my heart of hearts that I wouldn't have such a beautiful life now (after all the hardships and all the heartache). She helped me to reopen my divorce case to change the custody schedules and child support payments. Also, She moved the case from NY to FL court. She was a great lawyer. She was very responsive on my e mails, phone calls etc... She was with me all the time that I needed her.
