Her timely motions and depositions were profound and applied the pressure needed to move the case along. And speaking of depositions if you can be a part of one of those pop some popcorn and sell some tickets because it is a sight to see! In the end Kate was able to derive an outcome that has changed the course of our family’s future for eternity. We could not have asked for any more than she and her staff provided. And speaking of her staff it was also a phenomenal aspect of her practice. Her paralegal Amy is truly one remarkable person.
