Biography
Brian D. Tadros is an experienced litigator and CEO of LAW OFFICE OF BRIAN D. TADROS, P.A. His practice is foucssed on handling Florida Workers' Compensation cases. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. He is a frequent practitioner in multiple jurisdictions in the State of Florida, and has also practiced before the Florida First District Court of Appeal. He represents both injured workers as well as employers and insurance companies.
In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, Brian is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Brian frequently provides instruction on workers' compensation law, best employment practices, claims handling and ethics to businesses and insurance companies throughout Florida.
Brian is a graduate of the University of North Florida (B.A., 2000) and Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., 2004). He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1978 and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and remains heavily connected to the Jacksonville community. He currently resides in Oviedo, Florida, with his wife, Molly, and their daughter.
