Tessa Victoria Dean

Tessa Dean is the Founder of Dean Legal Solutions, PLLC. Tessa is a Florida native who brings a personable and professional approach to the representation of her clients. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2020.

Tessa has extensive experience handling claims and disputes for clients that involve exposure in the six and seven figures. She always aims to balance legal risk with the business needs of her clients. Tessa is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and federal court in the Middle District of Florida.

As a passionate legal advocate, Tessa decided to take her litigation experience to help her clients prevent costly legal disputes. As such, Dean Legal Solutions, PLLC was formed. Tessa believes the best business deals are the ones where all parties understand their legal obligations and responsibilities to one another up front. She believes a well-written contract at the beginning of a business deal can save parties from unnecessary legal disputes down the road.

Tessa focuses her practice on the representation of clients in the business, construction, and entertainment industries throughout the state of Florida in a variety of transactions. Tessa ensures her clients are legally protected, so they can focus on meeting their objectives. She remains ready to advocate for her clients’ needs in a personable and professional manner.

Tessa graduated law school from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor to the Inter-American Law Review. Additionally, she served as a Member on the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. She was honored to be selected as a Member of the Society of Bar & Gavel, which is the is the only honors society specifically dedicated to recognizing law students who demonstrate outstanding service and dedication to goodwill. Membership is reserved to students who have displayed and lived up to the ideals of exemplary character, service to others, a positive attitude, and leadership.

Since becoming an attorney, Tessa has served as a Guardian-ad-Litem in Orange County. She continues to look for opportunities to be involved in her local community.
