Paolo is a personable, professional, and very experienced in workers compensation law. He will do what he has to, to help get you benefits you're entitled to. He will talk to your family. He is even available after hours or on weekends for emergency matters relating to your case. My family loves him.... As a father and husband, he understands family's needs and struggles. As a first responder I strive to give you only the best. Unfortunately recently I was told I had cardiac issues, I was taken off duty. After 4 months of test and using my own time I was told “you’re ok, it was a misdiagnosed”. All my benefits a time where denied. I am now a retired paramedic/firefighter who served my department proudly for 30 years. About seven years prior to my retirement while on a drill at work my cardiac saga began. While taking vitals signs from drill participants, I was told for the first time in my life that I had multi-focal PVC's. I ...was placed on medical leave by my department and began a month-long journey of cardiac testing. At the end of the testing, I was told by the counties risk management department that my cardiac event was not work-related. I was confused by this decision since I had kept my medical records for the previous 23 years worth of department physicals and had never had a single PVC.
