Nicole Danielle McKee

Nicole McKee is an associate attorney at Pearson Bitman LLP. Her practice currently consists of attorney’s fee matters and residential foreclosure.

While attending law school, Nicole worked as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Miwok in the Probate Division of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. 

She has assisted in dozens of consumer financial litigation matters, as well as various complex commercial disputes. 

Prior to attending law school, Nicole interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District, in Tampa, Florida.
