When entering the building I was greeted with a friendly Hello and how may I help. After the initial greeting the reception offer drinks to help me become more comfortable until the attorney was ready.. shortly after I met Molly she was vibrant and friendly down to earth. I felt comfortable opening... up to her to ask her the important questions to me she answered them showed me how to use the clerk of courts website and offered to call and handled minor issues even before I retained her.
