Greetings,

I am Jordon V. Fosky.  As an attorney, I have passionately dedicated my career representing those injured as a result of the negligence of others as well as individuals wrongfully denied or undercompensated by insurance companies.  

There is an inherent imbalance of power between individuals, large corporations and insurance companies. I strive hard to restructure this balance of power in favor of the consumer.  As a result, I fight to right the numerous wrongs often placed upon the innocent victims of all personal injury claims, including but not limited to, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths as well as all insurance disputes and/or denials.

Due to this ongoing battle, I have personally adopted the slogan “Fighting the Good Fight” to represent my outlook on this continued struggle between the consumer and big business.  My dedication and passion for “Fighting the Good Fight” has allowed me to recover hundreds of thousands of dollars for my clients in both personal injury cases and first party insurance claims. 

Having worked at some of the most prominent and recognized law firms in the Orlando area, I truly gained an understanding as well as an appreciation for civil litigation.  My extensive legal involvement has afforded me the opportunity to have hands on experience throughout all stages of the litigation process.
