Courtney Michele Crossland

Courtney Crossland is an associate attorney for Pearson Doyle Mohre & Pastis ("PDMP") with experience representing large organizational clients from financing institutions to global design consultancies, contractors, and suppliers.  Her practice focuses on the representation of design professionals in complex construction litigation.  She represents design professionals in errors and omissions claims involving a broad spectrum of disciplines including roadway, stormwater, wastewater, structural, environmental, and geotechnical engineering to architecture and landscape architecture.   

 

Courtney also handles the defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims brought against design professionals relating to roadway design and maintenance of traffic issues. Courtney’s practice also includes representation of multi-national mobile space providers in commercial and collections litigation.

 

Courtney is proud to be an active member in her community. She is currently a board member of a charter high school in Ocoee, Florida and serves as a volunteer for the Guardian Ad Litem in the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

 

Prior to joining PDMP, Courtney worked in a consumer oriented defense law firm in downtown Orlando.
