Christopher Carroll O'Brien

Christopher O’Brien is an associate attorney at Pearson Bitman LLP. His practice is now focused on residential real estate transactions and foreclosure litigation. Christopher’s attention to detail and ability to apply sound business principals to the practice of law allow him to achieve the best possible results for his clients.

Christopher attended Mount Saint Mary’s University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in English Literature and a Minor in History. After graduation, Christopher worked in Information Technologies with a Fortune 500 Company before returning to school to earn his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law.

 

During his time at Barry, Christopher was a delegate to the Environmental Responsibility Committee and founding member of the Energy Club. Following his first year of school, Christopher took the opportunity to study abroad in El Escorial, Spain. His coursework included Transnational Security and Comparative Law. While enrolled at Barry, Christopher excelled academically and was awarded the book award in Trial Advocacy. He was an active member in the Barry community, volunteering with the school’s Juvenile Life Without Parole Defense Resource Center, assisting attorneys across the state in the aftermath of the Graham decision.

 

After graduating from law school, Christopher began his career in a general civil practice focusing on Foreclosure Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Eviction. Prior to joining Pearson Bitman LLP, Christopher worked in downtown Orlando with a large firm specializing in default services.
