Needed Help Fast, and Got It.

We have wanted to terminate our two Timeshare contracts for many years. The Timeshare companies want you to believe you can't do it. However, this isn't true. But it isn't easy and is very time-consuming. We spent a lot of time talking with Timeshare exit companies; we felt like we were talking... with timeshare sales reps. They were not attorneys; we thought we'd be risking the substantial fees they wanted. A website offered to list our timeshares for sale; we decided to advertise our two timeshares for a one-time fee of $3,600. About 16 months later, we had an offer on one of our units - $250.00 (we spent $29,150.00 19 years ago for it)!. Being unfamiliar with Florida Real Estate law, we needed legal advice regarding the sales contract's wording. I googled "Law firms specializing in Timeshares" and found the Aaronson Law Firm. Daniel Chwalisz was leaving the office for the night but took my call anyway. He asked me to email the sales contract and said to call him first thing in the morning. Daniel promised to have answers to my questions at that time. The following day, Daniel put my mind at ease and told us to go ahead with the sale. One down, one to go! Frankly, it would have been less expensive if we had contacted Aaronson Law Firm initially. We would have saved nearly $3,200 in maintenance fees, the $3,600 we spent on advertising and been out of our timeshares much faster. Take Aaronson Law Firm up on their FREE consultation, and talk to Daniel Chwalisz. You will be glad you did!.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
