Philip Allan Kent Stiles

Prior to founding Stiles Law, P.A., I handled litigation and transactional matters for two medium sized Central Florida law firms. In addition to my law firm experience, I was Vice President and Corporate Counsel to a global software provider, where I managed all transactional work and outside counsel on litigation and intellectual property matters.

I provide strategic legal advice to companies and individuals with regard to general disputes, contracts and agreements, business and corporate law, litigation, real estate, employment law, estate planning and I also specialize in the emerging area of Drone/UAV/UAS law having successfully filed Section 333 FAA Petitions for Exemptions.

With more than 20 years of experience in management, my deep understanding of business provides me a unique insight into client issues as I tackle my client’s legal matters in a constantly changing marketplace. I utilize sound legal and business judgment and clearly communicate with my clients in order to develop long lasting relationships with them. Having owned a number of companies, I understand the unique challenges of business ownership. I also understand the need to evaluate risk versus reward in making business decisions and have the ability to combine common sense solutions and legal considerations when providing strategic advice.

My corporate experience includes working with a variety of major corporations, small businesses and start-up ventures. I worked in business development for industry leaders such as American Express, and Cendant, earning numerous awards including Presidents Club Awards for business productivity.

I grew up in Central Florida and have maintained strong ties to the local community. I attended Trinity Preparatory School and Winter Park High School. I graduated, with Honors, from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, and a minor in Economics. I attended Florida A&M University College of Law where I earned my Juris Doctor and am a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
