Cynthia was extremely thorough, patient and sympathetic. She took the time to check on aspects of my ...case that were well above and beyond the scope of a free consultation. She gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. At the end of two-and-a-half hours, I was utterly impressed with Cynthia’s knowledge, honesty and compassion. Things got very messy, and in the middle of it all, he whined that he wanted to retire and my case was too hard for him. I turned to Mr. Monroe's firm and Cynthia Le...wis, and what a difference! The minute she took over things started to improve. Things got done. A creditor that had been threatening and adversarial action withdrew, and after nearly 7 months (5 with the first attorney), I can finally see a resolution.
