From my first conversation with David, I was thrilled with his speed and accuracy. David not only led me through the judicial system, he negotiated with the mortgage company at the same time. David was able to not only stop the foreclosure and eventually get it thrown out of court, but also set... me up for the short sale process, help get a tenant removed that was no longer paying rent, get the HOA to help clear up some items as well.
