Biography
I started out in local law enforcement and stayed there for 18 years and then spent a short time as a prosecutor. What I discovered is that both of those are thankless jobs. I wanted to help people and get feedback about what people needed. I started my practice in 2008 and have never looked back. It feels good when I can minimize a client’s exposure. It feels great when we win. It feels awesome when a client tells me they could not have done it without me.

Have hired her to resolve several legal issues and have found her to be a hard working individual. She has always put her best effort in to my cases. May be hard to reach because of her case load but has returned calls in a timely manner.

Terrible...DO NOT HIRE!
Constantly sending her info on the case and it is obvious she does not read it, stammers and stutters through testimony during hearing. Does not file documents, motions, contempt, etc in a timely manner. Does not return phone calls and email communication.

Charnesky v Charnesky
Although the Court found the prenup was valid, it was not drafted well and easily defeated. My client was awarded the marital home outright along with lump sum alimony. The case was appealed, but the appeal was denied.
