I have left several messages wanting a status for my case. I am a struggling single mother and coming up with a retainer over three thousand dollars is no easy task. He makes time to bring you in, and acts so desperate to sign you up like a car salesman. I should of listened to my guts but again when... you are desperate... It been a month and nothing from his office! Stay away!

I was a client of Mr. Hershkowitz and shortly after I retained him the problems began. He was late to court the very first appearance he made on my behalf, and the communication in regards to the status of my case dropped down to almost nothing. The paralegal was unprofessional and short with me whe...never I called to speak to Mr. Hershkowitz and I was put on a waiting list for him to return my calls which went non-returned for weeks and months on end. He never finished the job that I hired him for and now he put a lien on my file.
