Sarah M. Geltz has lived in Central Florida for 17 years. Prior to returning to school to pursue her law degree she spent 14 years in the healthcare industry working in medical, pharmaceutical and lab sales and training. She has worked extensively with both individual physicians, large groups and health systems. Sarah specializes in transactional business and real estate matters, healthcare representation and estate planning. Sarah acts as in-house counsel for multiple small to mid-size businesses across a variety of industries. Sarah is also a licensed Title Agent and with Jessica Kendrick launched Champion Title and Closing in 2017 and Park Title in 2021. Their agency is focused on bringing a customer focused, attorney managed option to the Central Florida title and settlement market. She lives in Winter Springs with her husband and family, when she isn't working she is likely to be on the sidelines of a soccer field.
