I am the caretaker for my uncle. I found out through a recent emergency visit that my Power Of Attorney had expired (we are in FL and it was written in TN) and yet I needed it that night for the ER. I contacted Sarah and she immediately gave us advice on what to do, even offered to come to the hosp...ital to get it done immediately. Fortunately my uncle was able to make his own decisions this time but we met with her in person within that same week and she did a new POA for me. Also multiple conversations on contracts with buyers and sellers. Sarah answered all of my questions most recently, and my buyers questions, regarding an REO property that sent an addendum to be signed after the offer was accepted
