I worked with Katerina on my O-1 case and I'm glad I did.

I worked with Katerina on my O-1 case and I'm glad I did. To be honest, I went into this process with very little understanding of what it actually required. I knew I had a decent background, but I didn't know how to frame it properly or what evidence would carry weight. Katerina helped me figure th...at out without making me feel clueless. What I really appreciated was that she didn't try to rush anything. I got the sense early on that she cared more about getting it right than just moving things along quickly. If something needed more work, she said so. If I missed something, she pointed it out. Nothing was glossed over, and that gave me confidence in what we were submitting. She also had a good sense of what to include and what to leave out. There were a few things I thought were important that she advised against including — and after she explained why, I understood her reasoning. The case got approved. I'm pleased with how everything turned out. Would I recommend her? Yes, I would, especially to anyone who wants someone straightforward and thorough rather than someone who just pushes the paperwork through.

My O-1 was approved

I didn’t know what to expect when I started the O-1 process, but working with Katerina made it much easier. There was a lot of information to go through and quite a few things I wouldn’t have thought to include on my own. She helped me figure out what was actually relevant and how to put everything... together without making the case feel exaggerated. I also appreciated that she was honest when something needed to be changed or added. She wasn’t just trying to get everything submitted as quickly as possible. We took the time to make sure the petition was in good shape before sending it out. My O-1 was approved, so obviously I’m very happy with the outcome. I’d be comfortable recommending Katerina to anyone going through the same process.

Katerina helped me with my O-1 case

I’m really happy with how everything turned out. She was very straightforward, knew exactly what needed to be done, and didn’t let me cut corners when something needed more work. The case was approved, and I’m very glad I had her on my side.

Very good

I worked with Katerina and I can honestly say she was the reason my case got approved. Before I reached out to her, I was pretty confident in my background. I had strong projects, several publications, years of experience in my field. I thought that alone would be enough. I was wrong. Katerina wa...s the one who explained to me that having a solid resume and knowing how to present it properly are completely different things. She asked me questions I had never even considered. At first I didn't understand why she needed so many details about projects I had worked on years ago. Some of them I thought weren't even relevant anymore. But as we kept working, it all started to click. Those old projects turned out to be perfect examples of certain points she wanted to highlight. The things I thought were minor ended up becoming important pieces of the final petition. What I really liked about her approach was how straightforward she was. She never gave me false hope or made things sound easier than they actually were. When something in my case wasn't strong enough, she told me directly. When I needed more evidence, she said so clearly. No sugarcoating. No empty promises. I respected that. It made me trust her more because I knew she was being honest, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. The whole process took time. There were moments when I got impatient and wanted to just submit everything as is. But she kept pushing me to get the right documents and make sure every detail was accurate. She wouldn't let me take shortcuts — and looking back, I'm glad she didn't. When my petition got approved, I felt a huge relief. But also gratitude. Without her guidance, I honestly don't think I would have made it through. It wasn't just her knowledge that helped me — it was her honesty, her persistence, and the fact that she genuinely cared about getting it right. I would recommend Katerina to anyone who wants someone who will be real with them and actually fight for their

I'm really glad I went with Katerina.

Before we started, I thought my background was enough — I had good projects, publications, decent experience. But I quickly realized that having strong credentials and knowing how to sell them are two different things.Katerina asked me so many questions about my career, my choices, my specific contri...butions. At first I didn't get why she needed all that. But when she started putting the petition together, I saw how every piece fit. She was always honest with me. If something wasn't working, she told me straight. If I needed extra evidence, she explained why and didn't let me take shortcuts. I really appreciated that — it made me trust the process. It wasn't fast or easy. But we did it right, and my petition was approved. Looking back, I don't think I'd have the same result without her.
