    30%
Primarily in the areas of contract and business disputes, business fraud, real estate disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes.

  2. Real estate
    30%
I practice in all areas of real estate transactions and litigation, including representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial contexts, title review and disputes, partitions, homeowners'/condo associations, commercial property owners' associations, and escrow disputes.

  3. Appeals
    20%
Appeals arising out of any civil matter in a state or federal court in Florida (including all five of Florida's District Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit). No criminal appeals at this time.

  4. Debt collection
    20%
Collection and enforcement of any kind of judgment originating in the state and federal courts in Florida, and domestication of foreign judgments originating from courts outside of Florida, whether inside or outside of the U.S.

I am a graduate of the University Florida with a B.A. in Philosphy (2002) as well as my J.D. (2005).  I spent two years after graduation as a law clerk with a criminal defense firm in Gainesville, Florida, where I handled all aspects of legal research and drafting, including being the principal author of a habeas corpus appeal to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

I joined my current firm, Korshak & Associates, P.A. in 2007 where in addition to the general practice of law, my principal focus and experience has been in contracts, business, and real estate litigation.  Those areas overlap and include representing individuals and businesses as buyers and sellers of real estate, landlords and tenants, title examination and litigation, foreclosure prosecution and defense, and general disputes among competitors, agents, employees, and vendors, etc.  These also often involve high-value debt collection proceedings which I take only on a case-by-case basis after an initial due diligence review and asset search of the debtor.

I have also handled family law and divorce matters, probate, wills, personal injury, and consumer issues.

The absolute best.
Mr. Petrino is phenomenal. He constantly provides the highest quality advice at a fair price. He is prompt, thorough, and honest. We have had a wide range of needs, and he has helped where he could, and provided quality referrals where he could not. He is the only lawyer I recommend. Our specific areas included real estate, contracts, business agreements, and some estate issues.
