He smooth talks you and does all the upfront work so he can get paid. He does all the initial filings then drops you like a bad habit. He failed to submit paperwork on our “supposed” behalf to the board of trustees and they filed to have our case dismissed. Numerous emails and phone calls were unansw...ered/unreturned and I had to do all the work myself. Don’t hire this scumbag.

I listened to my mortgage company (Chase mortgage) and they told me, on the phone, that I needed to miss three payments, to qualify for their "mortgage, remodification plan". So, I did,and started filing my ppaper work, I did this, 3 times, and they still wanted the same paperwork, over and over ...again . I kept sending it, and finally they started foreclosure proceedings. I didn't know where to turn! I talked it over, with my wife, and she said that one of her friends, had called Charlie Price the year before, with a similar situation. So we called , and met with Charlie, and another attorney, at his office, in Maitland. We brought all of our paperwork, and they leafed through it. In about 3 minutes, they knew the situation that we were in . Charlie started ordering his other attorneys, what paperwork needed to be file, iimmediately. Anyway, in the long run, they got my mortgage reinstated , (my house was going to auction , in about 2 weeks). I was freaking out, and very worried , but they weren't. Price Law firm , is very good at what they do. However, the average home owner, (me) that doesn't understand the mortgage business, I needed answers, and info 24/7. They told me, to calm down, and they would call me, if they needed anymore info. Pulling my hair out, hanging on to the end of my rope, by my front teeth, I said OK. That's how close I was, to becoming homeless. I totally recommend the Price Law Firm. And, their prices are realistic.

I had a very tricky bankruptcy that needed to be filed and Mr. Price and his team worked with me for over 3 years to help get it resolved. He answered every question I posted, and would even talk with my other family members to help answer their questions. He was absolutely knowledgeable and helped... me avoid going to court for one of the cases filed against me from a mortgage bank. He is easy to talk, explains those lawyer "terms" that are difficult to understand, provided guidance, and was extremely easy to work with. He always seemed very genuine about helping me out of my bad situation. Highly recommended lawyer and office to work with.
