We first got to know Ms. Anna Weiser in early 2014 when she took over our case (my spouse and myself) from another lawyer. We consulted the first lawyer in January 2012 when we signed the contract with him to work on our application for residency in the United States of America. We provided the reque...sted documents as listed on the contract and paid fees as well. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, no progress was made at all on our case until the beginning of the year 2014. Despite the promise made by the previous lawyer, we are surprised when we received an official notice informing that his firm was sold and that we had to choose to wait for him to open a new firm and continue to work our case or to work with another lawyer. For the former, the he asked us to pay another consulting fees, which we already paid for and for the latter, Ms. Anna Weiser was another option to work with. We have decided to work with Ms. Anna Weiser, who did not ask us for any fees to pay. This respectful woman has sacrificed and devoted her time and effort to work on our case. She told us: “There is no issue with our application and I do not why it cannot be submitted”. With some discouragement from the previous lawyer, Ms. Anna Weiser was the once who pushed us to finalize the application process. She is available to communicate with her clients both through emails or telephone consultation. She gives advice and provides guidance and assistant throughout the application processes. Though sometimes I was overseas, she always called my spouse and dropped me emails whenever she needed information from us. Upon appointment for telephone consultation, I communicated easily with her when I was overseas. She is a comprehensive person who really knows what she is doing. We did not expect to get our case finalized, submitted, got approved, received work permit/travel documents, and finally got the green card so soon after started working with her. All these were done in one year despite that no payment was made to her. Who really can work on such a case without receiving any penny if not Ms. Anna Weiser who had understood our situation with the previous lawyer? Success comes from whoever knows what he/she is doing.
