After receiving confusing and conflicting information from the USCIS hotline I hired Anna Weiser to help us through the application to file a Change of Status application for my foreign wife. Anna has a good working knowledge of the immigration process and was a great help in making a successful appl...ication without any delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation. Of course, it did take longer than we expected (USCIS posted processing times are pretty much meaningless!) but any delays were not the result of errors or omissions with the application.
