Our law firm specializes in Construction law and litigation. Since 2005, I have been Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Construction Law. All three partners in our firm are Board Certified in Construction Law. I have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and bond surety companies. Although I live in Gainesville, I travel throughout the State of Florida and the Southeastern U.S. to serve clients in the construction industry. Routine matters handled include those dealing with design and construction of improvements on private and public projects including dispute resolution, contract negotiation, preparation, award and administration, oversight and document review, construction scheduling and delay analysis and delay claims, construction licensing, construction liens, bond claims and Federal Miller Act (bond) claims and defenses.
