My wife was issued a leaving the scene ticket after both parties agreed that there was no damage to either car. The second party reported the accident after she got home. Christian Straile handled a 10 year old VOP MM case for me which was very complicated. Between the time I absconded 10 years ago I had been arrested for a felony offense resulting in 4 years incarceration with an additional 4 years federal supervised release. Mr. Straile worked with my Federal PO ...to allow for me to self surrender on the MM case which was in another county. This is usually unheard of that a PO allows a newly released federal inmate to transport themselves to another county without arresting on the spot. Once the VOP case went to court (within 10 days which is quick on a no bond case) I plead to absconding and the case was dismissed with time served. If revoked, I could have served up to a year in county jail which was the original probation sentence. I am extremely blessed to have had Mr. Straile representing me.
