It took Miss Lopez two years and counting to do and process my adoption keys which she has made continuous and I cannot stress that enough continuous call out whether she “sick” or she’s going out of town on vacation. She is extremely rude when you complain and ask her what’s taking so long extremely... passive aggressive despite you paying her I would never hire someone with incompetent and extremely rude in my life ever again.
