I absolutely love Kelly. I had a previous lawyer for my divorce case that made a mess of my divorce and I hired Kelly so I could move out of state with my kids. She is very responsive and gets back to you at a timely matter. She tells you her honest opinion and doesn't feed you a bunch of crap. She g...ives a monthly statement to know how your money is being spent. I wish I wold of had her for my first lawyer because thing would of been a lot better for me but I am glad to have her now. She has a great sense of humor and easy to get along with. During my trial I felt at ease with having her by my side. I highly recommend her to anybody!!!

Kelly Mcneal I retained did not respond to several emailed questions, was a person of few words with no constructive advice on pressing matters, appeared to empathize more with the other side's point of view and, to top it off, quickly burned thru my "refundable" retainer (with no ground gained and n...othing what so ever to show) then withdrew from the case without a clear reason after I asked for an accounting (which came with several questionable charges and over-charges...).

I went to Kelly with absolutely no knowledge of what could legally be done to help my situation. She was patient with me, honest and extremely professional the entire time. What should have been a simple thing ended up turning into a long ordeal due to defendant's the evasion of service and continued... attempts to dismiss charges. Kelly always kept me informed and was prompt, prepared and knowledgable about everything that pertained to my case.
