Crystal Patterson Talley

I am a two time graduate of the University of Florida, first with my bachelor’s degree in Political Science and second from the Levin College of Law with my Juris Doctor. Beginning my career in the Third Circuit, I worked as a prosecutor in both Suwannee and Hamilton Counties for almost four years. As a result, I provide a creative perspective to the practice of criminal law as a defense attorney and am able to use my knowledge to give advice on plea bargains, trial strategy, probation violations, and more.

Since leaving the State Attorney’s office, I have focused my energies primarily on family law, including divorces and custody disputes, and injury cases, including car accidents and worker’s compensation.  I understand the importance of family and am willing to fight for you and yours.  Sometimes, things don’t go as planned in life.  However, with the right tools, I believe you can overcome any challenge!

I also enjoy working with small local businesses and churches.  Although not my primary focus, corporate and business law is a passion and I love the opportunity to advise on start-up procedures, contract law, and legal obligations.

In the community, I work as an adjunct professor in the criminal justice department at Saint Leo University.  I also serves on the board of directors for my local church.  In my free time, I enjoy graphic and web design, and spending time with my husband TJ, and our children Elizabeth and Trey.
