LOST AND NOT FOUND

I had 3 cases with Kelly McGuire that started in 2004 and continue on through 2008. It was one of the only times I really got mad enough to loose it with what seems like a nice pretty woman.. This the third time typing this and had to get up and leave to clam down. To make it fast I had three cas...es with her during the above mentioned times. The first was my first offense DUI I wanted to fight the charge and she that because she would offer me plea deals to not take to court. with jury selected setting waiting for court to start Kellly McGraw came in a finial deal to reduce the charge to Wreakless Driving. On second was year later and the same cop got me again but used a woman cop to out in front of me and took me jail and blew a .11/ I went to Kelly and paid her to plea for me and get one of two driver license offenses taken off because I charged with driving with suspended and restricted lincense at the same time when I went court the judge asked I had been advised by lawyer about these charges and said he could re-scheduled and told the judge for the sale of my I job I needed it settled and get it over with. I had been served with divorce papers and I was already paying my ex 400 without a court order and that was raised to 600 a month under her advisement they possibly get more get more if I fought it The case drugged on for years with no negotiations' going Kellly was place on 6 month pretrial diversion for san shaker incident and I stuck [paying alimony while she couldn't practice. When she got back to work she had the nerve to tell it would cost 4.000 more to tale it to court, it so ,my ex 's lawyer told the same so it was agreed I would pay her 600 a month for three more years and pay here lawyer fees. She has no use anyone but she self and what she can get for self.

Finally lost her license!

She should have lots of experience with drug cases since she is the ONLY ONE of 53 "Sandshaker" cocaine defendants who got pretrial intervention and skated on two FELONY charges. Come to think of it, she may be the only defendant in the history of Pensacola who managed that sort of specuial treatmen...t! It cost me a fortune to undo the damage she caused me on my case. I am happy to see that she finally lost he license.

two years and still NOTHING

I have been waiting on a QDRO for two years. she was paid in full before we ever went to court and still nothing. I think it may be more her assistant then anything.

Horrible attorney

I hired Kelly to represent me in a child support modification case. After having my case for over a year and attempting mediation, she was completly lost as to the issues at hand. I met with her a week before trial and it was apparent that she had never even looked at my file nor prepared for the tri...al at hand. Should have followed my gut and fired her then. Went to trial and she did not present any evidence, call any witnesses(such as my CPA as I am self employed), didn't require the other party to disclose their witness, and did not provide a court reporter. Now we have no record to Appeal.I am now in a real mess because of her and have had to hire another attorney and try to fight this.Needless to say I am looking at jail time due to an outrageous amount of support that got ordered based on false testimony of the other party and I cannot pay. I completly blame Kelly for this negligence. I truely feel she was bought off by the other counsel to do nothing. Google her name and you will see why this is believable. She has a shady past. I have never received an invoice or statement of her services even after requesting one. Probably because she can't come up with $1,000 worth of work she did even though I paid her $5,500. Do not hire this lady.

divorce

When I first met with Kelly she seemed very sure that my divorce and custody settlements would not be a problem. I met her for the first time at my consultation and thought she seemed very helpful. After the intial consult I did not see Kelly again until the day of my mediation. I did find out tha...t she had tried having meetings with the ex-husband without letting me know. I called the office numerous times to try and speak to her but was never unable to get a hold of her. My first mediation date got rescheduled and i did not find this out from her office but yet from my ex-husband. When i called the office to inquire about this, all i got was "sorry we have been busy". Being as i did not get to meet with Kelly before mediation I had no idea what to expect, so needless to say things changed while in mediation and the end result did me absolute no good. I unfortunetly had to hire another attorney.
